Cynthia L. Moore-Hollinshed is the founder of Coaching for Clarity, LLC, where she provides leadership coaching, instructional design, curriculum consultation, and strategic planning. She also supports organizations in the creation and implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.

Cynthia served as an educator for nearly 30 years. As an expert facilitator of adult learning, she has helped to reform school systems across the country and has assisted leaders in transforming their leadership effectiveness. She currently works as an executive leadership coach in a variety of professional contexts including schools, corporations, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations.

Cynthia holds a B.S. in English Language Arts from the University of Kansas, a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Avila University, and is a doctoral candidate in Leadership and Learning from University of Missouri, Kansas City. She earned Diversity and Inclusion certification from Cornell University.
